Creator and Director LeeAnn Chisolm recently released the first episode for her docu-series Food Diaries. The series profiles activists, doctors, healers and educators to learn more about, “our broken relationship with food.” Topics include everything from waste and sustainability to mindful eating and stories of personal triumph. Episode 1, “Welcome to the Fort” profiles Ree Shreeves, the founder of Fort Negrita. Shreeves explains how she came up with the idea for Fort Negrita and talks about living life with zero-waste.
