I would bet money that people in this day and age experience more anxiety than ever in history. There’s nothing new under the sun, but the way we learn and communicate is completely different. Social media allows us to constantly compare ourselves to others while living in a never-ending dopamine loop (shout out @heyfranhey). While we’re constantly striving for more, we are hardly evolving.
